A Day On, Not a Day Off

Next Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. For most of us, this day comes and goes, without must notice. Many employers do not even observe the Holiday. For others, it's a chance to serve their community. This year Cathy and I have the opportunity to spend our morning volunteering with a local social service organization through First United Methodist Church. I encourage everyone to volunteer time in their community Monday or some other time over the long weekend.
