Ok, it's been bugging me for weeks and I finally figuted it out. Parker's jibberish and baby talk reminded me of someone, but I couldn't place it. Well, yesturday, I finally placed it. He sounds just like the Lance Crouther character Pootie Tang, in the movie of the same name. Daddy Roach needs to get Parker a magic belt like Daddy Tang got for Pootie.
